30+ point inspection
Screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, sensors, buttons, connectivity, and battery are tested on every device. A phone that fails is repaired and re-tested, or it never reaches the store.
IMEI verified
Every device's identity is checked before certification. We never publish IMEI numbers — verification status is what you see.
Data wiped
Previous-owner data is completely erased as part of intake. The phone reaches you clean.
Original parts checked
Devices are checked for non-original components during inspection, and the finding is recorded against the exact device.
The battery guarantee
Battery health is guaranteed as a minimum by grade — at least 90% for Excellent, 85% for Very Good, and 80% for Good and Fair. We publish the guaranteed floor, never an invented exact percentage, because your exact device is assigned from certified stock when your order is confirmed.
What backs the promise
Certification is enforced by the same system that runs the store: a device cannot be sold unless it has passed the pipeline, and every certified phone ships with the 12-month warranty and 10-day return window.
