How grading works
The grade describes cosmetic condition — how the phone looks. Function is guaranteed at every grade, and each grade carries its own guaranteed battery minimum.
Looks close to new. No marks you would notice at arm's length.
Battery guaranteed 90%+
Light signs of use — faint scratches you have to look for.
Battery guaranteed 85%+
Visible scratches or small marks from normal use. Everything works exactly as it should.
Battery guaranteed 80%+
Clear cosmetic wear — scuffs or dents. Fully functional and fully covered.
Battery guaranteed 80%+
Function is never graded
A Good phone works exactly like an Excellent one — same inspection, same warranty, same return window. You are choosing how the phone looks, not how it performs.
Which grade should you pick?
Pick Excellent for the cleanest look, or a lower grade for the best price. With a case on, most people cannot tell the difference.
