Delivery & cash on delivery

Place your order on the site with your name, phone number, and address. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before anything ships — your phone is reserved for you the moment the order is placed.

Delivery coverage, timing, and any delivery fee for your area are confirmed with you during that WhatsApp confirmation.

Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method: you pay the courier in Iraqi dinars when your order arrives. The price you see on the site is the price you confirm — we never add hidden charges to the device price.

If you change your mind before delivery, tell us on WhatsApp and we cancel the order — nothing has been paid.

Your order is covered by the 10-day return window and the 12-month warranty from the moment it is delivered, so any problem you find after receiving it is handled under those policies.
